We are looking for Finnish-speaking service cleaners for healthcare facilities to join our cheerful team. In this role you will contribute to meaningful work by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure patient, resident, and staff comfort and safety, thereby supporting smooth and efficient healthcare operations. The position offers a variety of tasks across healthcare locations, including cleaning of equipment and instruments in auxiliary equipment care, operating room cleaning between surgeries and general room cleaning and maintenance in hospital areas, cleaning at health centres including reception rooms, offices, common areas and toilets, and maintenance cleaning in elderly care facilities including living quarters, bedding, possible special cleaning, and cleaning in other areas such as offices, dining areas, corridors, and social facilities. Number of positions: 2-4. Employment type: Permanent, Part-time. Working hours: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday/Sunday shifts), shifts scheduled between 06:00 and 00:00. Weekly hours: 5–37.5 h/week depending on the employee’s preferred hours and company needs. Language: Finnish, reading, speaking and understanding Finnish at C1-C2 level. Applicants must have prior experience in similar tasks, and a cleaning qualification. Flexibility in work hours, full age, Finnish language proficiency. Training provided for job sites, but basic cleaning skills required. Ability to work independently. Great colleagues in the team and supervisor available by phone as needed. Salary: TES for the property services sector, pay grade 2 (12.59 €/h). Base pay is pr2, with higher pay grades for more demanding tasks (e.g., pr4 in the theatre/ward environment, or some sites with pr3 duties). Pay scale depends on the work performed; a work day may include multiple pay grades. Overtime for evening and Sunday shifts is paid. The employment starts as soon as suitable candidates are found.
