Position: License Compliance Specialist at Bentley Systems. Location: Manila, Philippines; Remote - Philippines / Hybrid - Philippines. Position Summary: We are looking for License Compliance sales specialists to join the Bentley Systems License Compliance team. The team’s goal is to monetize usage in situations where: 1) there is no contractual relationship between Bentley and the software pirate, and 2) there is a contractual relationship between Bentley and the non-compliant user. The two main elements of the program are: 1) Lead Generation and Qualification. 2) Enforcement. Responsibilities: Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases. Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities. Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources. Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets. This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week that will require occasional international travel. Participate in: Communication campaigns. Managing enforcement providers and counsel. Coordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree. Familiarity with Salesforce will be helpful. Strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in English Proficiency in Tagalog is advantageous.
