Activity Leader

The position is for an activity leader at Senior Home in Arabiastranden, Helsinki. The role involves creating a meaningful and stimulating everyday life for residents, many of whom have memory-related illnesses and require extensive care. You will plan, organize and implement various activities based on the residents’ wishes, interests and individual conditions, and the job also includes care work. You contribute to creating joy, community and participation in the residents’ daily life, and you are willing to develop your own work, take on new challenges, and value teamwork. Previous experience in elderly care or similar tasks is advantageous. Our working language is Swedish, but you do not need to speak Swedish fluently. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where the atmosphere is supportive and colleagues help each other.
