Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an early childhood educator for Norlandia Areena in Espoo, for a group of 1–2 year-olds. You are the person who hears, sees, and is genuinely present in the children’s daily life. You are an early childhood education professional who builds an environment that allows for learning, wonder, and collaborative activity. What we expect from you: You are a qualified early childhood educator who can support children’s growth, play, exploration, and problem solving in everyday situations. You work naturally with your group’s other professionals and families, ensuring the day progresses calmly and coherently. You participate in planning and developing activities and take responsibility for ensuring daily situations advance in a manner suitable for the children and support their learning.
