Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator for Kivistö Daycare to join our warm, inclusive, and dynamic team. The daycare serves children aged 1–5 years and features a large forest yard. Recently renovated bright interior spaces enable diverse activities, and nearby Maitorppa Daycare’s hall is used for gym sessions, as well as local playgrounds and forest areas. We emphasize professional collaboration, participation, and ongoing development of early childhood education practices. In a multidisciplinary environment, staff receive support from colleagues, broad specialists, developers, and leaders. The unit structures support leadership of pedagogy across groups and the unit. We participate in the ProVaka operating model which focuses on positive feedback and inclusive practice to support social skills and consistent guidance.
