Treasury Specialist to join our Group Finance organization in Pori, Finland. In this role, you will be a key member of Luvata's treasury operations, gaining broad exposure to group-level treasury in an international environment, working with colleagues in Group Finance, business finance teams across our international operations and external banking partners. You will report to Head of Treasury & Risk Management of Luvata Group. This role is based at Luvata’s headquarters in Pori, Finland. While we support hybrid working, the successful candidate is expected to work on-site on a regular basis. Key responsibilities include: Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across the Group; Prepare, maintain and develop short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts; Support the management of group financing arrangements, loans and guarantees; Coordinate banking administration activities, treasury master data and bank account management; Monitor financial risk exposures, including foreign exchange, commodities and interest rates; Participate in treasury planning, forecasting and cash optimization initiatives; Contribute to the development of treasury controls, reporting practices and treasury policies; Help improve cash visibility, forecast accuracy and treasury process efficiency across the Group; Support treasury-related projects, system developments and implementation of best practices; Support Luvata entities in treasury activities globally. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field; 2–5 years of experience in treasury, finance, banking or a similar role. Technical skills: Understanding of cash management, liquidity planning and financial processes; Basic understanding of financial risk management and treasury controls; Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel; Experience with treasury management systems, banking platforms or Anaplan is an asset. Soft skills: Analytical mindset, high accuracy and proactive way of working; Ability to take ownership and continuously improve ways of working; Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in an international environment; Clear, structured, and pragmatic working style; Fluent written and spoken English is required. Requirements
