Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic early childhood education teacher to join Kielon day care in Vantaa. As an early childhood education professional, you will listen attentively to both children and their guardians, contribute to an innovative, supportive and collaborative work community, and value a warm and professional approach as well as teamwork. The role focuses on meeting the child and family in a calm and individualized manner, paying attention to the child’s needs with sensitivity. You will be part of a team delivering high-quality daily routines that support learning, curiosity and well-being. The daycare operates with a three-educator model and is located in the Viertola area of Tikkurila with good transport links. The job is full-time, with a fixed-term framework not applicable; a permanent contract is offered. Salary and benefits are in line with the municipal collective agreement; additional allowances apply for teachers with specific qualifications.
