Apprenticeship Student

We are seeking an apprenticeship student for a fixed-term apprenticeship as a nearby care assistant at Esperi Hoivakoti Kärjenpuisto in Seinäjoki. The role involves basic daily care for residents, maintaining their functional level, and supporting daily activities. You will participate in activities, outdoor time, and joint activities with residents and staff. As you progress in your studies, your responsibilities increase and you gain practical experience in the varied tasks of a caregiver under supervision. The apprenticeship period is at least 25 hours per week. We follow the private social services collective agreement; the apprentice's pay is the caregiver pay grade minus 10% for unqualified status. The pay grade is G20C. We require at least 55 credits completed, two professional study components, basic Finnish language skills (B1), a hygiene passport and vaccination status as required by infectious disease law, and a police clearance certificate.
