We are now looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL with an excellent service attitude for the lobby services of a headquarters site in KEILANIEMI, ESPOO! In this role, you will shine at the forefront of customer service, creating a positive atmosphere and ensuring that customers and guests always receive the best service. Our service team is responsible for the site's customer and office services, and you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our customers by taking care of various practical matters. We provide first-class service experiences every day and handle matters promptly, exceeding customer expectations. Your daily tasks include, among other things, customer service in all encountered situations, receiving guests, access control and key management, coordination of room bookings and meeting services, as well as versatile office service tasks. You will take care of the general comfort and tidiness of the premises, replenishing supplies in office rooms, ensuring the functionality of technical devices, and handling internal mailing tasks. Your shifts are primarily on weekdays between 7:00 and 16:30, but occasional evening and weekend shifts are possible. This employment is full-time (37.5 h/week) and permanent. Work begins as agreed as soon as possible. For this position, a salary according to at least wage group 4 of the Real Estate Service Industry collective agreement (2235 €/month) will be paid, as well as possible hourly premiums based on actual hours worked and a possible education supplement based on the completed degree. We expect from you - previous experience in high-profile customer service and reception tasks in a demanding international environment for at least 3 years. An educational background in customer service (e.g., receptionist or hotel clerk) is considered an advantage. - fluent oral and written skills in Finnish and English. In your work, you will meet international customers daily, respond to emails, and produce various announcements in both languages. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage. - an excellent and smiling service attitude as well as an understanding of the obligations and requirements of a representative-level service culture. - up-to-date IT skills. You use MS Office programs fluently and learn new systems quickly. - interaction, cooperation, and organizational skills; you possess the situational awareness and responsiveness required for the task.
