Bitumen Insulation Worker

This job posting is for bitumen insulation workers to operate in the Uusimaa region (Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa). The role involves installation and repair of bitumen roofing, sealing and waterproofing, penetrations installations and sealants, various maintenance tasks, and inspecting and repairing roof structures. Work sites vary, offering opportunities to develop skills across different sites. Requirements include at least one year of experience in bitumen insulation work, valid occupational safety and hot-work certificates, a proactive and cooperative attitude, careful workmanship, good collaboration and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Finnish or English. Preference given to prior experience with roof works and waterproofing, B-class driving license, own car, versatile experience with bitumen and roofing works, and willingness to work on diverse sites in Uusimaa.
