Job Description

You will be responsible for renewals and upsells with a defined set of Nexthink largest, prestige, existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients. You will provide strategic leadership to clients, be the relationship manager between customers and Nexthink, work with the solution teams to develop solutions based on customer outcomes, manage all executive relationships, oversee worldwide development of accounts, build trust and multi-tiered relationships, develop a clear roadmap, and achieve financial targets including licenses, renewals, and professional services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to clients

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • 2+ years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)
  • Driven – possesses a strong desire to be successful
  • Disciplined – skilled in managing time and resources, sound approach to qualifying opportunities
  • Intelligent – possesses the aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility
