The Position Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities Main responsibilities include full-scale data support and project implementation, coordination across therapeutic area partners to support core activities and high-standard meeting organization and materials preparation, ensuring efficient preparation of execution tools and process materials. Establish and maintain efficient headquarters-regional communication to ensure alignment of regional information and consistency of national execution of headquarters strategies. Project lifecycle management: maintain project progress boards, track regional and stage progress, implement warning and follow-up mechanisms for delays, coordinate internal and external resources to remove process barriers, coordinate cross-domain project streams and set rollout pace. Build and sustain a regular cadence for multi-dimensional feedback via surveys, interviews, and regional meetings to inform strategy iterations. Knowledge extraction and SOP development: extract best practices into structured, repeatable toolkits; manage asset and case repositories for organizational knowledge retention. Leadership Competencies: 5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, access, consulting or business management roles; strong coordination, communication, and operational skills; strong independent analysis and problem solving; data literacy and learning agility.
