Job Description
You will join a broad digital transformation initiative, where organizational service models and customer interactions are developed towards more unified, digital, and multichannel operations. The project's goal is to turn existing strategic concepts and high-level guidelines into concrete service models, operating principles, and descriptions that guide practical development for upcoming implementation phases. In this role, you will work closely with a wide network of stakeholders, synthesizing available information, existing concepts, and various perspectives into clear digital service models and operational approaches. You will facilitate senior-level workshops, actively contribute insights on service digitalization, and conduct constructive interviews to understand customer thinking. This is not a peripheral consulting role but hands-on work in an environment requiring experience, structure, and the ability to move things forward quickly. The core of the work is to bridge strategic thinking and practical implementation. The aim is to create clear service definitions, channel strategies, and playbook-like entities that can be utilized later in service and technology development and in building consistent operational practices.
