The Supersiivooja is someone who cleans exceptionally well and inspires others by example. They perform domestic cleaning to a level where every client rates them with five stars. They are motivated by bonuses for success, especially when collaborating with staff and attracting new clients through reputation. Responsibilities include demonstrating how tasks are performed, guiding, coaching, training and recruiting, performing cleaning duties themselves, and taking ownership of important client relationships. They organize cleaning activities and communicate fluently with both clients and cleaners. We are looking for an experienced cleaning professional who can take on both domestic and commercial cleaning, and who can motivate the staff and clients alike. Good Finnish and English skills are required; a driver’s license or car is a plus but not mandatory.
