Are you looking to work in finance and accounting? Suomen MediTuote Oy is a wholesaler of health care, elder care and cleaning products, serving customers across Finland. We employ over 50 people and had a turnover of about 30 million euros in 2025. In the role of Finance Administration Assistant you will handle invoicing, accounts receivable and supporting bookkeeping tasks, including processing purchase and sales invoices, partial invoicing, supplier payments, accounts receivable monitoring, and related reconciliations and corrections. You will also handle related adjustments, refunds, credit notes, and postings. The work is primarily autonomous, but you will collaborate closely with the finance team, customer service, the bookkeeper and other stakeholders. Initial onboarding is mainly at the office, with potential for hybrid work later. The new office is located in Leppävesi, Taipaleenkatu, Jyväskylä region.
