Electrical Supervisor

This role oversees electrical contracting projects, focusing on bid calculation, tender drafting, and overall project leadership from planning to handover. You will lead electricians in daily work, manage schedules, procurement, and cost tracking, and collaborate closely with clients, customers, designers, and other project members. Key tasks include bid calculation, preparing quotes and tracking, electrical project planning, organising daily leadership of installers, resource allocation, coordinating timelines, costs, and quality, coordinating material purchases and subcontracting, ensuring site safety and compliance, calculating and documenting change orders, communicating with clients and partners, and coordinating inspections, commissioning, and handovers. The position requires suitable electrical training, strong technical skills, ability to read plans, cost‑conscious working methods, organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and smooth collaboration. Prior experience in electrical contracting, bid calculation, project leadership or project management is advantageous. We also value experience with bid management software and experiences in industrial, new build, renovation, or maintenance electrical projects.
