Business Development Manager

ABOUT US Pliant is a European fintech specializing in B2B payment solutions. Our modular, API-first platform helps businesses streamline spending, improve cash flow, and integrate payments into their financial workflows. ABOUT THE ROLE You support Pliant as Business Development Manager - Eastern European Markets (m/f/d) and build up our customer base in those growing markets. You collaborate with our potential customers and advise them that Pliant's digital credit card solution is THE payment method of the future, from which our customers can sustainably benefit through time and cost savings. You will work closely with your colleagues from Customer Success, Underwriting and Product Management. This role would be based in Berlin where we have our HQ via hybrid. This will be a 1 year contract with possibility to extend. WHAT YOU'LL DO Analyse, Select Channels, Customer advocacy, Understanding, Advise, Go-to-market. WHAT YOU'LL BRING You are numbers driven, you thrive with customers, you seek feedback and development, you work independently, you are interested in FinTech and digitalisation of the financial industry, and you have English and Polish language skills plus other Eastern European languages are a plus.
