Data-Driven Management Specialist

Primary location: JYVÄSKYLÄ Are you excited by data, business development, and the utilization of new technologies and digital tools? In this position, you will support decision-making and advance data-driven management in Keskimaa's market and department store trade. We are now looking for a Data-Driven Management Specialist for the expert functions team of Osuuskauppa Keskimaa's market and department store trade. The position is full-time and permanent. In your role, you will act as a business sparring partner for group managers and sector management and ensure the effective use of analytics in Keskimaa's market and department store trade. You will be responsible for analyzing the sector's results, profitability, inventories, sales, and key figures, as well as developing reporting. You will support the development of local assortment, pricing, food halls, and profitability. You will work closely with group managers, sector management, site supervisors and equivalents, Keskimaa's expert teams, and SOK's chain management experts. An important part of your role is to communicate and interact so that figures and reports translate into daily operations. We expect from you: - Strong business understanding and experience in supporting decision-making with data in a medium or large organization - Ability to grasp wholes, interpret and analyze data, and identify cause-and-effect relationships - Excellent Excel and Power BI skills and an active development approach to utilizing new digital tools, automation, and AI solutions - Good interaction skills and the ability to work fluently in Finnish - Ability to influence and develop operations in a matrix organization - A solution-oriented, prompt, and proactive way of working - Ability to quickly adopt new systems and operating models - Suitable commercial education for the position, e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration or Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration Previous experience in retail tasks is considered an advantage. In this position, your salary will be 4,200–4,700 euros per month, and it will be specified according to the selected person's experience and skills. In addition, all our staff are covered by performance-based incentives, and in this position, the maximum performance bonus is an amount corresponding to 1.5 months' salary per year.
