We are seeking a motivated and careful worker for our client, titled Coating Machine Operator in Lohja. You will play a key role in metal product surface finishing, bringing a genuine interest in high-quality results and previous experience in surface finishing. Responsibilities include pretreatment of metal products (cleaning, grinding, possible protection), execution of powder coating, and inspection and final polishing of surfaces. We expect prior experience in industrial surface finishing or related education, a meticulous, proactive and responsible work approach, Finnish language skills, physical ability for heavy work, independence, and ability to work in a team and value collaboration. We offer a varied and developing work environment, opportunities to develop skills, compensation according to the TES of the Technology Industry with consideration of experience and skills (approx. 13–16 €/h), and supportive leadership and a skilled team.
