We are looking for reliable childcare workers to provide sick-child home care in the Oulu region. Are you interested in helping families with daily routines and caring for children? You will have the opportunity to work close to full-time hours during busy seasons. Work is primarily on weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00, with parental schedules in mind. Weekends may also be possible. In sick-child home care you care for children of our client companies when they are ill, enabling parents to work or study with peace of mind while our babysitter looks after the children. Call-outs can come with short notice. We expect babysitters to have at least one year of childcare experience; formal education is not mandatory. A police background check (as required by law 504/2002) will be conducted. Strong Finnish language skills are required; other language skills and talents in singing, play, or other creative work are highly valued. What we offer: hourly pay 15.05–16.26 € depending on experience (PK-region), 14.82–16.03 € elsewhere in Finland, authentic daily interactions with empathetic staff, independence in work, career growth at a growing employer, diverse tasks with families, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to influence your own hours and earnings.
