Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Design and Modeling: Develop detailed 2D drawings and complex 3D models of parts and assemblies using Siemens NX software. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality. Documentation: Generate and maintain detailed technical documentation, engineering drawings, and Bills of Material (BOMs), adhering to industry standards like Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Analysis and Validation: Participate in design reviews, perform basic simulations (such as stress or thermal analysis), and support the development and testing of prototypes. Problem Solving: Resolve design discrepancies, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and implement feedback for continuous design improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Project Management Support: Manage design data within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems like Teamcenter and track progress within project timelines.
