Cashier and Customer Service Supervisor

The position is for the Hyvinkää Biltema department store and combines cashier duties, customer service and café supervision. The role includes managing cash desks, service points and cash handling, handling complaints and returns, and training new employees. In café operations you will be responsible for Biltema Café activities, daily operations, and café staff onboarding, training and competency assurance. You will be part of the store’s management team and will be responsible for the store’s overall operations during your shift, with customer-facing duties. We expect commercial education or/and experience in retail or daily consumer goods, good interpersonal skills, interest in supervisory tasks, willingness to take responsibility and work independently, positive attitude and flexibility, ability to work all shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends, and proficiency in Finnish plus English and Swedish is considered a plus. The position is full-time with average 37.5 h/week, start by agreement. Salary is by agreement with starting wage at least 2 500 €/month; final salary based on education and prior experience and competencies; evening and weekend allowances per collective agreement.
