Culture and Leisure Manager

Culture and leisure department manager role for Lieksa city, responsible for leading a newly formed culture and leisure services unit under the welfare services area, overseeing cultural, youth and sports activities, and managing the staff. The role includes operational leadership of the unit, achieving service and financial goals, and staff supervision of five direct reports and three indirect reports, with membership in the welfare services area leadership team. The position involves coordinating events and producing Lieksa city cultural events on a smaller scale, overseeing the culture and youth center operations and children and youth cultural education in co-operation with schools, and organizing city sports and outdoor activities.
