Electrical Works Supervisor - Bevian Oy - Lappeenranta, Finland

Bevian Oy is growing and developing, and we are looking for a motivated Electrical Works Supervisor to join our team to oversee electrical contracting and maintenance work. The work is primarily based in South Karelia, but projects are also carried out elsewhere in Finland. We are seeking a candidate who wants the next challenge in their career. The position is suitable for an electrical and automation engineer who is eager to take responsibility and develop in supervisory roles. In your work, you will lead projects from start to finish, direct installers, and ensure that the work sites progress with quality, safety, and on schedule. You will act as a supervisor for installers, lead daily activities on the sites, and be responsible for smooth workflow. The role is not just office-based – supervision is strongly present in daily activities, and fieldwork is an essential part of the role. You will be involved on-site and participate in hands-on work as part of the team if needed. Previous experience in supervisory or electrical tasks is considered an advantage. You will have a responsible role supported by a skilled and relaxed work community.
