Responsibilities
- Onboarding new customers (companies and tax firms) to Pennylane platform
- Be primary contact for existing customers, nurture relationships, identify upsell opportunities
- Conduct regular health checks and reviews to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with German Sales team and management to optimize processes and contribute to growth
- Develop topic expertise in German finance and accounting landscape and share knowledge with customers
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting or account management or similar customer-facing roles
- completed apprenticeship as tax specialist or finance-related studies
- deep understanding of financial needs of businesses or tax professionals
- strong communication and empathy
- hands-on mindset in a early-stage Germany team
- travelling for onboarding in Paris HQ and monthly visits in Germany
- German (C2/native) and English proficiency
