The position also covers external reporting, audits, transfer pricing documentation, and SOX/ICS controls, requiring collaboration with Group Accounting, Tax, Business Controlling, HR and the Finance Shared Service Center. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in accounting or finance, a university degree in a related field, experience in international organizations or shared services, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluent English with working German. Knowledge of Austrian regulations (UGB) and IFRS is advantageous, and occasional travel is expected.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or a related area.
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Controlling, or a related field.
- Experience working in an international organization or a shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
- Experience with SAP.
- Excellent written and spoken English and communicative German language skills.
- Knowledge of Austrian accounting regulations (UGB) and IFRS would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
