Outdoor Area Worker

We are seeking a skilled outdoor area worker for Alltime Oy in Espoo, Finland, for a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week). The role involves maintenance and care of outdoor areas of properties according to the yearly cycle, flag-raising and -lowering for housing associations, and customer service. In summer the work includes gardening and greenery tasks, in winter snow shoveling and slippery-spot prevention, and where needed machine-assisted snow clearing. Work sites are located in Espoo and moved between by Alltime company vehicles. A valid driving license (B) is required to perform the job. The salary is in accordance with the Real Estate Service Sector collective agreement at 12.59 €/h, plus education allowance based on education. We expect prior experience with outdoor area work and operation of work machines, a fearless and proactive attitude, the ability to work independently and responsibly, fluent Finnish language skills, and driving license. Knowledge of machine driving is a plus.
