Planner

The Designer role is part of the shared study services team, supporting Open University education and ongoing learning. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Open University study offerings for Theatre Academy Open University, assisting instructors with course planning, student advising, maintaining and updating the study information system, and supporting teacher pedagogical studies and collaboration with partner institutions under Open University duties. The position requires a suitable higher education degree and experience with university study administration, planning and development of Open University education, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to keep stakeholders well informed are expected, and Finnish and English proficiency is required; Swedish is a plus. The role is based in Helsinki with the possibility of partial remote work and flexible hours.
