Financial Administration Specialist

Lead with the concrete role: the financial administration professional/project assistant will handle posting and allocating site and design invoices, prepare invoicing materials as needed, and ensure correctness of sales invoices. The role may include other administrative tasks depending on the candidate’s skills. A broad security clearance is required. The workplace is at a construction site in the Uusimaa region, with on-site work being primary and hybrid work possible depending on the project. The team is collaborative; colleagues are present both on-site and in the office. We are renewing the project assistant team due to retirements.
