About the role
Production supervisor for Peliko game factory. Responsible for daily production operations together with the production manager, shaping the role and ways of working in a new position. Manages production workers, staffing and resource planning, scheduling, order tracking, machine maintenance coordination, solving production problems, quality control, supplier coordination, and daily improvement of production. Requires prior supervisory or line-management experience, understanding of production processes, experience with production control systems and strong Excel skills. Willingness to work in shifts (two-shift).

Responsibilities
- Supervise production employees (machine operators, packers, forklift operators)
- Staff planning and resource allocation including recruitment
- Production planning and scheduling, communicating plans to staff
- Monitor order backlog and respond to changes with production manager
- Arrange and schedule maintenance and urgent repairs for machines
- Resolve production issues with production manager
- Quality control and assurance
- Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Continuous improvement of daily production operations
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a production environment
- Strong understanding of daily production operations and production laws
- Good basic knowledge of production control systems and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and participate in practical production tasks if needed
- Weighting knowledge of the metal industry
- Two-shift readiness
