We are seeking hospitality workers for restaurants in Lapland for the winter season 2026-27. Various positions are available in busy tourist destinations across northern Finland, with shifts on weekdays and weekends. Contracts start in November and run for the season. We are especially looking for cooks for à la carte and buffet service and waitstaff for à la carte service. Requirements include at least one year of recent restaurant experience, fluency in English and Finnish (additional languages are a plus), hygienic qualification, and a willingness to work shifts including weekends. Prior experience with Lapland seasonal work is a plus but not required. We offer seasonal work in Lapland’s winter scenery and opportunities to develop skills in the restaurant industry.
