Warehouse Worker

We are seeking for our client MEKO Finland Oy reliable and proactive WAREHOUSE WORKERS for temporary shifts in Helsinki Malmi. The job includes diverse warehouse duties such as packaging, autostore picking, and shelving. There are also container unloading shifts involving unpacking incoming goods and sorting items. Prior experience with autostore picking and/or packaging is a plus, but the important thing is the ability to learn an efficient and sufficiently precise way of working. Shifts may come on short notice; flexibility is expected. This is gig work with varying shifts. Work is on weekdays between 08:00 and 20:00, with shorter evening shifts typically 14:00–19:00 or 15:00–20:00. Selected candidates start as soon as the contract is signed. A casual freelance contract is made between the worker and StaffPoint. Pay is in accordance with the Trade Labour Agreement, starting at 13.66 €/hour. Requirements include flexibility for quick shifts, an upbeat and proactive attitude and good physical condition, genuine interest in warehouse work, and proficiency in Finnish.
