Kitchen workshop trainee position in the youth workshops program located in Vantaa, Finland. If you enjoy cooking or baking and are curious about café work, this role offers daily lunch preparation for the pajayhteisö (paj community) in a professional kitchen. The trainee will train in specialty coffee preparation and customer service at the popular Kuussa café. During the work trial, the trainee will complete a hygiene passport. The program includes small-group coaching and physical activity. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–15:00. The role includes support with arranging tasks and planning for future employment or studies. Youth workshops are for residents of Vantaa aged 18–28 who are unemployed job seekers. Guidance is provided in Finnish, and language proficiency must be sufficient to understand Finnish instructions.
