Client Relationship Coordinator

We are now looking for a client relationship coordinator for our Kuusamo home-care team to help us build even better home-care services! At Onni, we believe that home is a person's dearest place. We are looking for a client relationship coordinator committed to client work and client acquisition for a permanent position. We provide professional home-based services to clients of all ages in the Kuusamo area. Our team is still small, so we are looking for someone who will be strongly involved in client work. The team includes social and healthcare professionals, such as practical nurses and a registered nurse. The client relationship coordinator ensures that the client's services meet their needs, cooperation with the client and their loved ones works well, and the client wants to remain an Onni client. The coordinator monitors the client experience, anticipates changing service needs and ensures that feedback leads to practical improvements. Clients are at the centre of our work, and cooperation with commissioning bodies and knowledge of the area are important parts of the role. We use the Domacare system, and system skills are considered an advantage. You have a practical nurse qualification and previous experience in home-based services. You have good organisational skills and are present for both our clients and the wellbeing services county. Our values of reliability, friendliness and flexibility are reflected in our daily work.
