Salesperson

Primary location: Mikkeli. We are looking for salespeople for Osuuskauppa Suur-Savon Sale and S-market stores in the Mikkeli region. The start date is in autumn 2026 depending on the contract. Shifts may be available at all Mikkeli-area sites. Current openings include: salesperson – S-market Rantakylä (permanent, ~30h/week), salesperson – Sale Mikkeli (permanent, ~25h/week), salesperson – S-market Mikkeli (Stella) (fixed-term, ~25h/week, lasting to spring 2027). We value customer service and teamwork, flexibility for variable shifts, and experience in retail. Work involves cashiering, shelving, inventory control, online order picking, and deli counter duties, with familiarity in various digital systems (cash register, electronic price displays, online order handling). Retail training or experience is an advantage. Salary based on the retail sector collective agreement, depending on education and experience, 11.16–14.93 €/h plus evening/weekend allowances; up to an additional €1.10/hour via performance pay.
