We are seeking an experienced and motivated electrical installation supervisor to join our team for international industrial projects in Northern Finland and Sweden. If you have a strong background in supervising industrial electrical installations and want to work on large, long-term projects, this could be the next step in your career. Responsibilities - Supervise and lead electrical installation work at construction sites in Northern Finland and Sweden. - Ensure adherence to installation quality, schedules and budgets. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. - Collaborate with project managers, clients and other stakeholders. - Report on project progress and deviations. - Review and comment on installation plans and documentation. We are looking for you to have - Several years of experience in supervising electrical installations in industry. - Relevant electrical education (e.g. electrical engineer, electrical technician or equivalent). - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - Willingness to travel extensively in Northern Finland and Sweden as required by projects. - Proficiency in Finnish and English; Swedish is an advantage. - Valid health and safety cards and electrical safety trainings.
