AI & Data Development Manager

AI & Data Development Manager will lead data and AI initiatives within the Food 2.0 program, coordinating multiple projects with researchers, product developers, IT and external technology partners. The role focuses on identifying development opportunities, designing solutions with business, product development and IT, steering technology vendors, managing project interdependencies and synergies, and promoting data governance, analytics and AI utilization in research and product development environments. Requirements include experience in data and analytics development or projects, SQL, data warehousing and data modeling, cloud data platforms (Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, SAP Data Intelligence), data quality, metadata management and governance, AI and machine learning understanding, basic knowledge of generative AI and RAG solutions, data security and GDPR, and strong collaboration and communication skills in Finnish and English. A suitable university degree or equivalent experience is expected. Nice-to-haves include AI or data project management, modern data architecture understanding, and platform development.
