Onsite Network Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for the local network environment within your support area. You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external service partners to maintain reliable network operations, support continuous improvement, and ensure that local business needs are met. The purpose of the Onsite Network Specialist role is to deliver reliable service for the local network environment at the site(s) in the assigned country. The role works towards operational efficiency, supports continuous improvement of services, and cooperates closely with business counterparts as well as internal and external service partners. Key responsibilities Include ensuring safety rules are followed; managing the Local Area Network (LAN) within the assigned area; installing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure; supporting fault correction and preventive actions; assisting with network design; coordinating local network changes; maintaining documentation and CMDB data.
