Do you want to help create truly great technical deliveries for our customers – from the first dialogue to a functioning solution in production? As a Technical Specialist at Intrum, you will have a key role in ensuring that our customers' onboarding and technical implementations are clear, secure, and efficient. The Role As a Technical Specialist within the invoicing service, you will have broad and customer-facing technical responsibility. The role is not only about system integrations, but about driving and securing the technical parts of the customer's delivery and onboarding – from initial dialogue and technical analysis to testing, verification, and handover to management. You will become a central point of contact for technical issues and work closely with customers' technical teams, internal IT functions and product development teams, sales, customer support, and other specialist roles. You will lead and participate in technical meetings with customers, analyze the customer's technical prerequisites, translate needs into feasible solutions, and ensure that integrations, data flows, file transfers, tests, and technical dependencies work as they should. In the role, you need to be able to understand both the business needs and the possibilities and limitations of technology, as well as contribute to clarity regarding scope, complexity, risks, and estimates. Each implementation is carried out together with a project group where you become a key player in creating progress, quality, and customer confidence. You work practically with technical solutions and tests, but also with coordinating technical issues, identifying obstacles, and contributing to the customer having a stable and professional experience throughout the onboarding journey. As a Technical Specialist, you belong to the Invoicing unit, where product development and customer support work closely together with Intrum's customers. The role focuses on our new invoicing platform, Inio. Initially, you will work within the Inio project and then transition to ongoing operations, with continued responsibility for developing and securing the technical parts of customer implementations and existing customer solutions. Your Qualifications - Experience of customer-facing technical work, preferably linked to implementation, onboarding, or delivery - Broad technical understanding and ability to see the big picture in technical customer solutions - Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing - Good familiarity and knowledge of the Office package - Technical generalist (e.g., former developer, technical BA, or solution architect) - Strong understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements - Accustomed to working with APIs, integrations, and system flows - Experience in driving technical dialogues with customers, suppliers, or internal technical teams - Ability to structure technical issues, clarify dependencies, and contribute to realistic delivery plans - Confident in challenging estimates and technical solutions – can break down what drives complexity and time - Practically minded – can test integrations and verify solutions hands-on Personal Qualities: - Team player who functions in a cross-functional setup - Communicative and confident in dialogue with several stakeholders, including customers' technical teams - Dares to question, but does so constructively - Pragmatic – can balance quality, tempo, and customer needs in a changing delivery environment The role will report to Nikan Taghavi, Product Owner Invoicing Location for this position: Stockholm Who are you We at Intrum want to contribute to an inclusive and diverse working life.
