Open Application: Freelance Webcast Specialist

We are looking for people with streaming-based video communications expertise who are interested in longer-term collaboration in our freelance network. Flik is part of the Inderes Group, and together we specialise in the communications needs of Finnish listed companies. Demand is growing especially quarterly and in spring. In Flik productions, you have the opportunity to influence your own working methods. The most important thing in our work is to create a high-quality and impactful virtual meeting between the client and its stakeholders. Your main tool is VideoSync, the market-leading cloud-based webinar platform. The workflow also involves software-based video mixers (vMix and similar), Panasonic PTZ systems, NDI/IP-based tools and audio mixers. Familiarity with these tools is expected, and your colleagues are always ready to help. The work requires a relaxed and open-minded attitude. You are not afraid to learn new things in a changing world, and you can work with clients both in person and virtually. You take responsibility when faced with surprises and compromises. In return, you get an equal and open working environment where you can influence matters that concern you. The Inderes Group is committed to finding and retaining Finland’s most promising and skilled people. This means, for example, competitive fees and the opportunity for freelancers to use this as a springboard into our ongoing recruitment process.
