Professional Services Consultant - Nexthink - Remote - Global

The Professional Services Consultant plays a key role in our Services organisation, acting as a customer-facing representative of Nexthink. You will deliver advisory and technical services for Nexthink products, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded in terms of technical execution and business impact. This role extends beyond implementation. You will engage regularly with customer stakeholders to define business challenges, design outcome-driven use cases, and guide solution adoption to improve digital employee experience and overall business operations. By combining consultative engagement with hands-on configuration, you will help customers embed Nexthink into their operational workflows and realise measurable value. This position requires a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with strong technical, analytical, and consulting skills, capable of establishing and maintaining trusted advisor status. Key Responsibilities include leading customer sessions, translating business requirements into solutions, supporting integrations, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation. The role also involves leading technical engagements, collaborating with colleagues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications include 5 years of consulting or advisory experience, a relevant technical degree or equivalent, strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of Nexthink and enterprise operations, scripting and data visualization skills, and a willingness to travel 10%.
