Responsibilities
- Build & automate end-to-end processes - sourcing, qualifying, contracting, onboarding, authorising, scheduling, monitoring, performance management, offboarding of freelance auditors
- Build our talent pipeline - identify and recruit the first cohort of freelance auditors
- Create scalable tooling and workflows - evaluate, implement, and iterate on ATS, contractor management platforms, and communications tools
- Own compliance and contracts - work with legal across jurisdictions
- Operationalise training and competence maintenance - design onboarding curricula
- Act as the relationship manager - primary contact for freelancer network
