- Ensure resiliency, fault tolerance, and compliance

Requirements
- 8+ years of backend engineering experience
- Proficient in modern Java (17+)
- Experience designing and scaling backend systems for millions of users or high-throughput real-time services
- Cloud-native architectures (AWS or similar)
- Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Distributed data systems (Redis, Apache Kafka)
- Exposure to LLM integration (prompting, evaluation, observability)
- Strong observability practices (logging, monitoring, tracing, metrics)
- Excellent communication in English
