Additionally, the role involves monitoring legislative changes, collaborating with ICT functions and data officers on system development, and participating in regional and national networks such as THL. The region utilizes the OMNI360 client and patient information system. The position is based in Hyvinkää, with other regional sites available, and follows a hybrid work model. The employer offers a meaningful expert role focused on improving service safety and efficiency. Requirements include a suitable Bachelor's degree in social or healthcare and professional legalization according to Finnish law. Responsibilities

  • Develop the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of client and patient data recording across the wellbeing region
  • Coordinate the development of recording and promote the implementation of guidelines and practices
  • Provide expert support to service areas and ensure the quality of recorded data
  • Maintain, develop, and coordinate the recording handbook
  • Monitor recording quality and conduct audits as part of provider supervision
  • Plan and coordinate the implementation of training programs
  • Guide and advise service areas on recording-related issues
  • Develop recorded data quality, including diagnosis data and HYTE-coefficient entries
  • Act as secretary for the register keepers' steering group
  • Participate in regional and national recording development work (e.g., THL networks)
  • Monitor and implement changes in legislation and national guidelines
  • Collaborate with ICT functions, service areas, and data officers on system development
  • Coordinate the recording development network and promote uniform operating models

Requirements

  • Suitable Bachelor's degree in social or healthcare or previous institute-level degree
  • Professional legalization according to the Act on Social Care Professionals (817/2015) or the Act on Healthcare Professionals (559/1994)
  • Strong expertise in social and healthcare system recording and ability to apply national guidelines
  • Experience in the social or healthcare sector
  • Experience using client and patient information systems and national recording guidelines
  • Knowledge of social and healthcare legislation
  • Good oral and written Finnish language skills
