Pinch hit as needed on cross-product experiences. What You Bring 7+ years of experience in Product Design, with 4+ years dedicated specifically to Design Systems Expert-level Figma proficiency (Auto-layout, Variables, Prototyping). Deep understanding of frontend development technologies and accessibility (WCAG) standards. Experience coordinating between Figma and Storybook or similar tool A portfolio demonstrating polished visual design and a systemic way of thinking. Technical/UX writing: excellent sensibility in naming things (e.g. components) in a system context Ability to speak expertly about every layer: interaction, visual, motion, writing, etc. Nice to Have Icon design: You can create and maintain an icon library Motion design: You can create custom animations (Lotties, etc.) that add clarity and delight Illustration: You can create bespoke assets that give a brand personality.
