The resource teacher position covers grades 1–6. Initially, hours are scheduled Monday–Thursday, and Jalkaranta School is the main school. The role requires good collaboration, flexibility, and readiness for co-teaching in some subjects. A class teacher qualification is required, as defined by the regulations on teacher qualifications (87/98). If qualified applicants are not available, the position may be filled with a candidate who does not hold formal qualifications for the post. Good Finnish language skills are required.
