Construction foreman

We are seeking a site supervisor for a residential building project in Paltamo. The project includes a four-story building with a frame of concrete elements, hollow-core slabs in between, and a cast-in structural shelter on site. The role begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Responsibilities include directing, supervising, and reporting on the construction site. Subcontractors are mostly already arranged. The employment is for the duration of the project, estimated at one year. The ideal candidate has experience with successful multi-story projects; experience as a working foreman is a plus. You should be able to be physically present on site at least four days per week, preferably all working days. You will coordinate with subcontractors and workers, communicate fluently in Finnish, manage reporting, and drive the project forward on schedule and with determination. Safety principles must be observed, even under pressure. Salary is negotiated based on experience and starts at least at €4000 per month, aligned with the collective agreement.
