Job Description

As a Junior Customer Support, you'll be at the forefront of our customer experience, directly impacting how enterprises and developers interact with cutting-edge AI cloud services. You will work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams while receiving support from senior team members. Your tasks include troubleshooting account issues, complex AI workload deployments, and helping customers optimize their cloud infrastructure. You will respond to inquiries via multiple channels, guide customers through account setup, troubleshoot connectivity issues, document interactions, escalate complex issues, and monitor dashboards. The role is entry-level, full-time, on-site in Helsinki, with rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage. You should have previous support experience, basic cloud knowledge, Linux/CLI familiarity, problem-solving skills, and excellent English communication.
