AI Workforce Architect - Avanade - Remote - Global

Avanade is looking for an experienced AI Workforce Architect who thrives on designing and leading enterprise scale Power Platform and Copilot solutions. This is a hands on, advisory role where you will own end to end solution architecture—shaping secure, scalable, and responsible AI powered experiences that enable how work gets done. Success in this role means partnering closely with business, IT, security, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into practical technical solutions, while guiding governance, integration, and operational readiness across Avanade’s Power Platform and AI initiatives. The role involves designing scalable, secure architectures, leading Copilot and AI solution design, defining governance and security strategies, designing resilient integrations, guiding teams on low-code and pro-code extensibility, and acting as a trusted advisor.
