This job is a part-time role for an experienced professional in child protection or family work, based in Southern Savo. You will work with families in home settings, supporting daily life and participating in everyday activities with families. You will plan and schedule your visits with clients within the framework of agreed appointments. The work is largely autonomous, with occasional pair work when needed. The aim is to support family interactions, strengthen positive resources, ensure child safety and well-being, and assist parents in daily life and parenting. The position requires travel across Southern Savo, with emphasis on the Mikkeli area. Experience in social work with children and families is required, as well as a degree in social work and a current social welfare certificate. A driving license and, if needed, own car are essential. The role is suited for part-time work with shifts that may include evenings and weekends, following the private social services sector collective agreement. Requirements
- Social work degree (Bachelor/Master)
- AMK social worker (sosionomi AMK) or equivalent
- Valid social welfare professional license
- 2+ years experience in child protection or family services
- Driver's license and own car if needed
- Willingness to travel across Southern Savonia
